Note
Section 7.4 no longer names individual data providers. It listed eight; Octav - an onchain position source held as a backup to DeBank - is no longer used, so the sentence had become untrue. Verified rather than assumed: no API client, no credential binding, and zero Octav events in the firm's audit record against 33,704 onchain events overall. Striking one name would leave the same trap for the next roster change, so 7.4 now describes the CATEGORIES of source - market data, macroeconomic data, onchain data, and sanctions and risk screening - rather than enumerating vendors. It deliberately does NOT redirect the reader to the List of Subprocessors, which covers a different population: that list names who receives personal information, and most of the providers 7.4 concerned receive none of it, being sent a ticker symbol rather than a client's identity. Pointing one at the other would have implied a relationship that does not exist and sent a reader looking for names they would not find. The substance of 7.4 is unchanged: it disclaims warranty on third-party data, for exactly the same services. No right, obligation, fee, governing law or dispute term is altered.
