Second AI provider named ahead of engagement, and a correction to the AI opt-out. xAI Corp. is added to the AI Services roster and to the third-party sharing list, and the enumeration describing two additional AI providers in narrower roles is corrected. xAI is engaged today for review of Protocol Wealth's own source code only; an advisor-chat capability is built and provisioned but is not enabled, and no client advisory content flows to it. Anthropic remains the only provider that receives client advisory content, under zero data retention, no training on our data, and US-only inference. The opt-out from external AI processing previously read "such as Anthropic's Claude API", which invited the reading that it was scoped to one vendor; it now states that it applies to every external AI service, including any provider added after a client asks. A client who exercised that right before this revision is covered against providers added since, and always was — this removes an ambiguity rather than changing the right. The bytes originally retained for this version were pinned mid-draft, before the canonical text was final, and were never served to any client. They were regenerated over the final text on August 25, 2026, twice, each time with the owner's approval: first after the vendor-attestation and client-data-path corrections, and again after three further corrections to the version-history and governance wording that still carried a premise the body had already dropped. The edition itself is unchanged throughout.
